摘要

电渗脱水技术(Electroosmotic dewatering technology,EDW)是一种高效低耗的污泥深度脱水技术,介绍了国内外电渗脱水的研究现状,阐述了污泥物性参数(污泥种类、电导率、pH值、Zeta电位)和运行参数(污泥厚度、机械压力、电压及电场施加方法等)对污泥电渗脱水的影响规律,分析了电渗脱水能耗问题,提出了节能降耗方案.探讨了电渗脱水阳极腐蚀、焦耳热、阳极干化、滤液处理等主要问题及现有解决方案.

Abstract

Electroosmotic dewatering technology(EDW)is an emerging efficient deep dewatering method for sludge that has garnered sig-nificant attention.Reviewing the current research status of EDW both domestically and internationally.It focuses on elucidating the effects of sludge physical parameters(such as sludge type,conductivity,pH value,and Zeta potential)and operational parameters(including sludge thickness,me-chanical pressure,voltage,and the method of applying the electric field)on EDW,and the energy consumption issues associated with EDW and pro-poses energy-saving measures.Additionally,it discusses major challenges in EDW,such as anode corrosion,Joule heating,anode drying,and filtrate treatment,as well as existing solutions to these problems.
