Research on the Dynamic Promotion and Adjustment Characteristics of Coal Spontaneous Combustion Hazardous Area in the Three-dimensional Goaf Area of Guoxing Coal Mine
Aiming at the problem of fire caused by oxidative warming in the mining airspace,this paper adopts Fluent to carry out numeri-cal simulation research on the danger zone of spontaneous combustion of coal in the three-dimensional mining airspace of Guoxing Coal Mine,and determines the scope of the division of the three zones of 591107 back-mining face according to the distribution cloud of oxygen volume fraction in the mining airspace,and calculates the shortest natural ignition period and the dynamic adjustment of the minimum propulsion speed of the airspace of the face with the evolution of the ambient temperature scale.The results show that the dispersal zone is the area from the beginning of the working face to 45 m,the oxidation zone is the area from 45 m to 60 m,and then the area of the ventilating zone is the area from the beginning of the work-ing face.The natural ignition period of coal decreases with the increase of the starting ambient temperature,and the adiabatic temperature rise time of coal is 102.42 h under the ambient temperature of 21℃,and the shortest natural ignition period is 34.82 days,and the dynamically adjusted min-imum advancing speed is 1.29 m/d,and the actual advancing speed is greater than that,which ensures that spontaneous combustion of leftover coal will not occur during the mining period.The results of the study provide scientific basis for the mine to formulate effective fire prevention measures.
