摘要

环境中抗生素残留的准确检测对于评估其生态风险具有重要意义.研究建立了基于HPLC-MS/MS(高效液相色谱-串联质谱)技术的水体与土壤中多类抗生素同步分析方法.通过优化色谱分离条件和质谱检测参数,结合固相萃取前处理技术,实现了四环素类、大环内酯类和β-内酰胺类抗生素的高效分离与超痕量检测.方法检出限达到pg/L级水平,线性范围为 0.1~500μg/L,加标回收率为75.8%~95.7%.

Abstract

The accurate detection of antibiotic residues in the environment is important for the assessment of their ecological risk.A syn-chronous analysis of multiple classes of antibiotics in water and soil based on HPLC-MS/MS technology.Efficient separation and supertrace detec-tion of tetracyclines,macrolides and β-lactam antibiotics was achieved by optimizing chromatographic separation conditions and MS detection pa-rameters combined with solid phase extraction pretreatment.Method detection limit reached pg/L level,linear range was 0.1~500 μg/L,and spike recovery rate was 75.8%~95.7%.
