摘要

研究制备了一种新型稀土功能抗菌材料,将含铕(Eu)的多金属氧簇(POMs,EuW10)与生物胺精胺(Spermine,Spm)共组装,EuW10 的荧光增强约 13 倍,抗菌性能由 61.34%提升到 100%.机理研究表明,EuW10 和Spm之间的协同效应增强了其对细菌的摄取能力,在细菌微环境中丰富的过氧化氢(H2O2)的参与下,组装体产生大量的活性氧(ROS),达到了高效抗菌的特性.

Abstract

A new type of rare earth functional antibacterial material was prepared,europium-containing polymetallic oxygen clusters(POMs,EuW10)were co-assembled with spermine(Spm),and the fluorescence of EuW10 was enhanced by about 13-fold,and the antibacterial property was increased from 61.34%to 100%.The mechanism showed that the synergistic effect between EuW10 and Spm enhanced its uptake of bacteria,and pro-moted the assembly to produce a large number of reactive oxygen species(ROS)with the participation of abundant hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)in the bacterial microenvironment,achieving excellent antibacterial performance.
