Research on the Natural Ignition Marker Gas in Three-dimensional Space and Its Grading Index Value in the Working Face of 9#Coal Seam in Guoxing Coal Mine
Coal oxidation thermal disasters seriously affect the safe production of coal mines. The 591107 mining face of the 9#coal seam in Guoxing Coal Mine was taken as the research object. The coal spontaneous combustion gas product test device was used to experimentally study its characteristic gas,and the corresponding relationship between the coal oxygen thermal combustion gas content and temperature was analyzed. The critical temperature value of the spontaneous combustion characteristic gas was optimized and proposed, and the classification index value of the characteristic gas in the three-dimensional space of the working face was revealed. The results show that the critical temperature value of the charac-teristic gas of this coal seam is 50℃for Ts-CO,100℃for Ts-C2H4,and greater than 243.9℃for Ts-C2H2.The warning value and critical value of CO generation rate are 0.98 cm3(m3·min)-1 and 2.24 cm3(m3·min)-1 respectively. The warning value and critical value of CO volume fraction in the return air corner of the working face are 27.39×10-4%and 67.98×10-4%respectively.The warning value and critical value of CO volume fraction in the re-turn air flow are 4.38×10-4%and 10.88×10-4%respectively.The warning value and critical value of CO volume fraction in the heat dissipation zone are 32.03×10-4%and 79.51×10-4%respectively.The warning value and critical value of CO volume fraction in the oxidation zone are 35.11×10-4%and 87.15×10-4%respectively.The research conclusion has guiding significance for preventing coal spontaneous combustion.
