无卤阻燃剂对LDPE材料的阻燃和力学性能的影响

以聚乙烯(Polyethylene,PE)为基体,加入非APP膨胀型无卤阻燃剂TC-100 与表面处理的TC-100 制备得到了无卤阻燃PE材料,考察了阻燃剂用量对PE阻燃性能的影响,通过扫描电镜(SEM)研究了脆断面形貌。结果表明:阻燃剂TC-100 与表面处理的TC-100的加入能显著提高PE的阻燃性能,TC-100 质量分数达到 30%时,材料即可达到UL-94 V-0 级,极限氧指数LOI达到 30。3%;表面处理的TC-100 质量分数达到 30%时,材料可达到UL-94 V-0 级,极限氧指数LOI达到 34。7%。表面处理的TC-100 可以提高在PE基体中的分散性,降低了阻燃剂对PE拉伸性能的影响。
Study on Flame Retardance of Epoxy Resin Containing Piperazine Pyrophosphate Intumescent Flame Retardant
The flame retardant polyethylene(PE)was prepared by adding an APP-free intumescent flame retardant(TC-100)and surface treated TC-100.The effect of dosage on flame retardance in PE/TC-100 was studied.The brittle section morphology was studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the addition of flame retardant TC-100 and surface-treated TC-100 can significantly improve the flame retardant performance of PE.When the mass fraction of TC-100 reaches 30%,the material can reach the UL-94 V-0 level,and the oxygen index LOI can reach 30.3%;When the mass fraction of surface-treated TC-100 reaches 30%,the material can reach UL-94 V-0 level,and the oxygen index LOI can reach 34.7%.Surface-treated TC-100 can improve the dispersion in PE matrix and reduce the influence of flame retardant on PE tensile properties.
