摘要
餐厨垃圾数量巨大,应进行高效资源化利用.餐厨垃圾主要成分为淀粉、纤维素、蛋白质、脂肪等,可利用化学氧化实现资源转化.利用过氧化氢为氧化剂,氧化降解餐厨垃圾,实现小分子有机物的溶出.结果表明,当H2O2 添加比例为 3.5%时,乙酸产量随H2O2 添加比例增大而增大,约是对照组的 3 倍;其残渣TOC含量最低为 42.97%,产生乙酸、丙酸类挥发性脂肪酸和可溶解碳源.过氧化氢氧化能够显著提升餐厨垃圾的有机质溶解,实现其高值化利用.
Abstract
The amount of food waste is huge,and efficient resource utilization should be carried out.The main components of food waste are starch,cellulose,protein,fat,etc,which can be converted into resources through chemical oxidation.This project uses hydrogen peroxide as an oxi-dant to oxidize and degrade food waste,achieving the dissolution of small molecule organic matter.The results showed that when the H2O2 addition ratio was 3.5%,the acetic acid production increased with the increase of H2O2 addition ratio,which was about three times that of the control group;Its residual TOC content is the lowest at 42.97%,producing volatile fatty acids such as acetic acid and propionic acid,as well as soluble carbon sources.Hydrogen peroxide oxidation can significantly enhance the organic matter dissolution of food waste and achieve its high-value utilization.
