摘要
对页岩炼油厂小颗粒干馏炉(ATP)进行危险与可能性分析(Hazard and Operability Analysis,HAZOP分析),通过引导词结合流程或设备中的工艺参数组成有实际意义的偏离来识别装置或流程中存在的危险因素,并提出降低风险的合理建议,保障企业在役装置安全运行.
Abstract
Conducting HAZOP(hazard and operability analysis)on the small particle retorting furnace(ATP)of the shale oil refinery,by combining guide words with process parameters in the process or equipment to form meaningful deviations,it identifies the risk factors existing in the device or process,and puts forward reasonable suggestions to reduce risks to ensure the safe operation of in-service devices of enterprises.
