中江-蓬莱气区筇竹寺组地层中现有堵漏手段处理消耗工时偏高。为此,利用从现场资料提取地质工程参数 138 项,计算全部因素对漏速的影响特征系数并筛选主控因素 12 项。室内测试地层裂缝尺度 0。008~0。13 mm时,6 项钻井液性能主控因素对漏速的贡献系数与矿场计算值一致。指导引入粒径 0。001~0。01 mm纳米活性颗粒,现场 2 井次一次堵漏成功率 80%,单次漏失处理消耗工时下降 68。60%。研究表明,完整作业信息法能够提高复杂地层堵漏手段匹配准确性,提高现场堵漏施工效率,提高措施经济性。
Complete Operation Information Assisted the Leakage Control of Qiongzhusi Formation in Zhongjiang-Penglai Gas Area
The existing plugging methods in Zhongjiang-Penglai gas area are high.To this end,138 geological engineering parameters were extracted from the field data,the characteristic coefficient of all factors on the leakage rate was calculated,and 12 main control factors were selected.When testing the formation fracture scale of 0.008~0.13 mm,the contribution coefficient of 6 drilling fluid performance master factors to the leakage rate is consistent with the calculated value of the mine.To guide the introduction of 0.001~0.01 mm nanoactive particles,the success rate of two wells in the field was 80%,and the consumption of single leakage treatment decreased by 68.60%.The study shows that the complete operation information method can improve the matching accuracy of complex formation plugging means,improve the construction efficiency and improve the economy of measures.
