摘要

锅炉低负荷运行导致水冷壁和过热器出现超温爆管现象.综述了锅炉爆管的原因,并提出了相应的解决方法,为解决锅炉调峰受热面爆管问题提供思路.

Abstract

The low load operation of the boiler leads to overheating and tube explosion in the water-cooled wall and superheater.The causes of tube explosion in the boiler are summarized and corresponding solutions are proposed,providing ideas for solving the problem of tube explosion on the heating surface of the boiler during peak shaving.
