迈步自移设备列车在煤矿井下的应用研究

摘要
就目前来看,随着科学技术的不断发展,采煤技术逐渐变得更加智能化,在采煤运输和开采的过程中会使用很多新型设备.对于煤矿产业而言,运输系统是该产业的重要组成部分,而当前仍在大量使用有轨绞车钢丝绳进行牵引,通过这种运输方式来进行运输.虽然该技术已经积累了丰富的经验,但依然存在一些弊端,比如安全管理难度大,容易出现掉道的情况,运输效率低,需要投入大量的人力与物力.针对上述问题,对迈步式自移设备列车进行了设计优化.研究主要内容为迈步式自移设备列车在采矿行业的应用问题,并对应用过程中需要注意的情况进行阐述.
Abstract
Currently,with the continuous development of science and technology,coal mining technology has gradually become more intelligent,and many new equipment will be used in the process of coal mining transportation and mining.For the coal mining industry,the transportation system is an important component of the industry,and currently,a large number of rail winches and wire ropes are still used for traction and transportation.Although this technology has accumulated rich experience,there are still some drawbacks,such as difficulty in safety management,easy occurrence of derailment,low transportation efficiency,and the need to invest a large amount of manpower and material resources.In response to the above issues,design optimization has been carried out for the step type self-propelled equipment train.The research focuses on the application of the walking self-propelled equipment train in the mining industry,and the situations that need to be noted in the application process are elaborated.
