面向化工压力容器焊接结构的超声导波阵列成像检测

超声导波阵列成像在化工压力容器焊接结构板无损检测技术中具有重要意义.通过对超声导波原理的讨论,探讨了化工压力容器焊接结构的超声导波阵列成像检测原理.实验结果表明,焊缝图像特征较为明显,超声导波频率为 0.5 MHz、波长约为 3.2 mm、超声导波阵列成像能够有效地表征焊接结构板中与波长尺寸相当的毫米量级的缺陷散射体信息.研究工作可为化工压力容器焊接结构的无损检测与结构健康监测提供思路与支持.
Imaging Detection of Ultrasonic Guided Wave Array for Welded Structure of Chemical Pressure Vessel
The ultrasonic guided wave array imaging has great significance in the non-destructive testing technology of the welding structure plate of chemical pressure vessels.By discussing the principle of ultrasonic guided waves,the imaging principle of ultrasonic guided wave array imaging of the welding structure of chemical pressure vessels is elaborated.The research results show that the features of the weld seam image are relatively obvious,and the ultrasonic guided wave with a frequency of 0.5 MHz and a wavelength of about 3.2 mm,the ultrasonic guided wave array imaging can effectively characterize the information of the millimeter-scale defect scatterers in the welded structural plate that is equivalent to the wavelength size.The research work can provide ideas and support for the non-destructive testing and structural health monitoring of the welding structure of chemical pressure vessels.
