数值模拟对切顶卸压多角度的分析与应用

为了解决坚硬顶板难垮难落,从而造成采空巷道危险性增加的问题,对切顶卸压进行了数值模拟的研究分析。通过利用数值模拟软件FLAC3D对不同切顶角度下的切顶效果进行分析对比,确定出最佳切顶角度为 10°。对最佳切顶角度下卸压效果进行分析,发现设计时应综合考量顶板岩性和切顶短臂结构的稳定性,当巷道处于低应力环境时,则更有利于巷道维持稳定性控制。
Analysis and Application of Numerical Simulation on Cutting Top and Unloading Pressure with Multiple Angles
In order to solve the problem that the hard top plate is difficult to collapse and fall,which causes the danger of the mining road-way to increase,the numerical simulation of roof cutting and pressure relief is studied and analyzed.The author used numerical simulation software FLAC3D to analyze and compare the effect of roof cutting under different roof cutting angles,and determined that the best roof cutting angle is 10°.Analyzing the effect of pressure relief under the optimal roof-cutting angle,it is found that the design should take into account the rock properties of the roof plate and the stability of the short-arm structure of the roof-cutting,and it is more conducive to the maintenance of the stability control of the roadway when the roadway is in a low-stress environment.
