摘要
通过对聚氯乙烯(Polyvinyl Chloride,PVC)工业生产工艺的研究,结合现代科技如数字孪生、数学模型、自动控制,开发了与实际生产操作现象、控制方案一致的聚氯乙烯半实物仿真装置,实现装置的开车、停车、稳定运行、事故处理、特殊作业等实训操作,并对学员操作给出综合评价.为企业员工或职业院校学生提供沉浸式学习体验,提升化工操作培训成效.
Abstract
By conducting in-depth research on the production process of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)industry and integrating modern technologies such as digital twins,mathematical models,and automatic control,we have developed a hardware-in-the-loop simulation device for PVC that is consistent with actual production operations and control schemes.The device enables training operations such as startup,shutdown,stable operation,accident handling,and special operations,and provides comprehensive evaluations of trainee operations.This device offers an immersive learning experience for corporate employees or vocational college students,effectively enhancing the effectiveness of chemical operation training.
