Practice and Reflection on the Reform of Teaching Organic Chemistry in Universities
As one of the basic chemistry disciplines, university organic chemistry has an extremely important position in students'chemical knowledge system. However, the current teaching system of university organic chemistry is not perfect, and there are problems such as too much emphasis on patterned learning, lack of teacher-student interaction, and difficulty of coherence in experimental teaching, which leads to poor learning effect of students. In order to improve the status of organic chemistry teaching and explore the feasibility of organic chemistry teaching reform, the aim is to promote a new mode of teaching, combine the new teaching concept with university organic chemistry, optimize the teaching mode, strengthen the cultivation of students'ability, and optimize the structure of assessment scores.Through practice we find that the organic chemistry teaching reform program can improve students'motivation and learning effect, make up for the insufficiency of teaching materials and the lack of students'extracurricular learning initiative, focus on students'ability cultivation and the development of the new era of artisanal spirit, and then optimize the quality of organic chemistry teaching,so as to improve students'multi-faceted ability, promote all-round development, cultivate and develop the craftsman spirit in the new era,and create a large number of practical talents for the country.
