Study on the Synthesis of 4-hydroxy-6,7-dimethoxyquinoline,the Key Intermediates of Anti-tumor Drugs Cabozantinib and Tivozanib
4-hydroxy-6,7-dimethoxyquinoline is a common key intermediate of new targeted drug molecules cabozantinib and tivotinib.Its quality and cost directly affect the production cost of active pharmaceutical ingredients and the pricing of finished drugs in the market.The synthesis process of the key intermediate 4-hydroxy-6,7-dimethoxyquinoline was summarized,and its advantages and disadvantages were analyzed,which provided help for the synthesis research and industrial production of cabozantinib,tivozanib API and its intermediates.
