Study on Electrode-deposited Zinc After Workshop Leaching Solution Purification with Zinc-containing Pyrolytic Paint Residue
The paint residue is subjected to high-temperature pyrolysis treatment to remove harmful organic components, and the pyrolyt-ic residue was used to replace metal zinc to remove Pb and Cd impurities. The purified leaching solution obtained was further used to produce elec-trode-deposited zinc. The results showed that the concentration of lead and cadmium were reduced from 796 mg/L and 48 mg/L to 1.2 mg/L and 0.8 mg/L,respectively,by three-stage replacement reaction at 70℃with 11 times the theoretical content of pyrolytic paint residue, remove lead and cad-mium impurities. In the electrode deposition operation after purification, the index is closed to that of workshop production of electrode-deposited zinc. The research provides a new direction for the resource utilization of zinc-containing paint slag.
