锰改性生物炭的制备及其对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能研究

以玉米芯为原材料,醋酸钾为活化剂,采用高温裂解法在 800℃下制备醋酸钾改性生物炭(CCBC),并在醋酸钾改性生物炭上负载了锰(Mn-CCBC).通过吸附实验探究其对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能.结果表明:Mn-CCBC拥有更丰富的孔隙结构和更大的比表面积,对亚甲基蓝的去除效果更佳.在25℃、吸附时间为60 min、初始质量浓度为30 mg/L的条件下,Mn-CCBC对亚甲基蓝的去除率可达99.594%.
Abstract
With corn cob as raw material and potassium acetate as activator,potassium acetate modified biochar(CCBC)and manganese loaded potassium acetate modified biochar(Mn-CCBC)were prepared by high temperature cracking method at 800℃,and the adsorption properties on methylene blue were investigated.The results show that Mn-CCBC has more abundant pore structure and larger specific surface area,and has better removal effect on methylene blue.Under the conditions of 25℃,adsorption time 60 min and initial mass concentration 30 mg/L,the removal rate of methylene blue could reach 99.594%.
