The Intrinsic Mechanism of Transforming Enterprise Quality Resources into Competitive Advantages from the Perspective of Resource Orchestration——Case Study Based on"Luzhou Laojiao"
How quality resources can promote the construction of competitive advantages for enterprises has attracted attention from the industry and academia,but the internal transformation mechanism at the micro level has not yet been clarified.This article takes Luzhou Laojiao as a case study object from the perspective of resource allocation theory,and conducts in-depth research on the internal transformation mechanism of quality resource driven enterprise competitive advantage construction.Research has found that firstly,the process of quality resources helping enterprises build competitive advantages has gone through three leaps:resource combination,resource bundling,and resource leverage;Secondly,there are significant differences in the internal mechanisms of the arrangement of enterprise quality resources during the three leaps.The specific internal mechanisms of the transformation of enterprise competitive advantages under different arrangements of quality resources are the combination of quality resources driving the structuring of competitive advantages,the bundling of quality resources achieving competitive advantage capability,and the leverage of quality resources promoting competitive advantage leverage.This article reveals the inherent mechanism of quality resources helping enterprises build competitive advantages,expands and enriches the application fields of resource allocation theory,and provides inspiration and reference for enterprises to achieve quality upgrading.
