Analysis of the Support of the Quality of China's Higher Vocational Education to the Change of Industrial Structure—A Study Based on the Annual Report on the Quality of Vocational Education
As an important part of higher education,the quality of higher vocational education has been basically guaranteed to improve the quality of China's human capital,and the professional structure has endeavoured to converge with the industrial demand,which has better supported the historical change of the industrial pattern to the transformation of"three,two,one"structure.However,the overall investment in higher vocational education is still lagging behind the change of industrial structure,the teachers'ability cannot match the urgent demand of industrial structure upgrading,the regional difference in contribution to industrial structure is large,the two-way cooperation between institutions and enterprises is weak,and the driving support given by industries is insufficient,and the degree of integration between industry and education is low.In order to adapt to the requirements of the international and domestic economic situation and strongly support the deep evolution of industrial structure,the quality of higher vocational education needs to grasp the new trend of industry from the professional structure and employment structure,improve the level of investment in higher vocational education,enhance the key cultivation capacity withthe core of teaching staff,and improve the support capacity for the change of industrial structure with the systematic management of the integration of industry and education.
