The Cultivation Quality and Optimization Path of Rural Industrial Leaders to Promote Rural Revitalization
For rural revitalization,industry is the key and talent is the foundation.This paper relies on the national rural industry revitalization leader cultivation training project,based on the micro-research data of 1,158 rural industry revitalization leaders in six provinces(autonomous regions),and adopts the entropy weight method to construct the cultivation quality evaluation index system,and adopts the propensity score matching(PSM)method to assess the quality and heterogeneous characteristics of the cultivation program.The study found that the effect of the national rural industry revitalization leader cultivation program is very significant in general.Among them,the cultivation program has significantly improved the cultivator's vocational ability,with the greatest effect on the improvement of fund management ability,followed by policy grasping ability and brand marketing ability,and the relatively weak effect on the improvement of the ability to use emerging technologies and production and management ability;it also has a certain effect on the cultivator's social responsibility,which is manifested in the improvement of quality and safety protection ability and ecological safety awareness to a certain extent.In comparison,the cultivation program has a higher effect on the cultivation subject's vocational ability than social responsibility.The study also found that the cultivation effect has two levels of variability:subject type and geography.In this regard,this paper puts forward countermeasure suggestions to help improve the quality of cultivation of rural industrial revitalization leaders.
