Customer Path,Demand Path and Spontaneous Path of High-Quality Development of Private Enterprises——A Theoretical Analysis Based on the Perspective of"Customer First"
As the micro-foundation of the whole economy and an important new force of the real economy,whether private enterprises can achieve high-quality development will directly affect the development level of china's economy.However,most of the existing studies have explored how private enterprises achieve high-quality development from the perspectives of policy.Finance,digitalization and technology innovation,while the key process and internal mechanism of high-quality development of private enterprises from the perspective of customers have not been fully revealed.Based on theoretical perspective of"customer first",through explaining the essential meanings given to private enterprises by customer concept,demand theory and spontaneous order theory,so as to explore the customer path,demand path and spontaneous path of high-quality development of private enterprises.The research findings are as follows:(1)Creating customers is the starting point for private entrepreneurs,and it is also the breakthrough and support point for the high-quality development of private enterprises.(2)The key process and internal mechanism of high-quality development of private enterprises is to implement the main responsibility of private entrepreneurs and give play to their entrepreneurial spirit.(3)The customer path,demand path and spontaneous path of high-quality development of private enterprises are respectively:discovering customers,creating customers,creating products and serving customers;Pursue interests,discover needs,create needs,exchange products;Entrepreneurship,customer discovery,innovation and creation,marketing services,meeting needs,and spontaneity.Such a new theoretical explanation framework for the high-quality development of private enterprises can provide theoretical reference and practical inspiration for private enterprises to actively respond to the challenges of the great changes that have not been seen in a century.
