Research on the Measurement and Spatio-temporal Evolution Trends of the Digital Public Service Supply Quality in China
The innovation and application of digital technology have promoted the increasing popularization and deepening of digital public service supply. On the basis of constructing a digital public service supply measurement index system, the entropy weight TOPSIS method is used to measure the supply quality of 31 provincial governments in China from 2017 to 2021 in terms of comprehensive dimensions and sub-indicators,and the results are further empirically analyzed by kernel density estimation,Markov chain,Dagum Gini coefficient,σ convergence and β convergence. It is found that China's digital public service supply is generally on an upward trend, with absolute differences expanding and then narrowing, and presenting positive spatial agglomeration characteristics;the relative differences within and between regions are decreasing, and the differences in the supply quality between regions are the main source of relative differences;and the supply quality of China's digital public services presents significant club convergence,σ convergence, and βconvergence characteristics.
