摘要
牛羊布鲁氏菌病(布病)为牛羊养殖过程中的重大传染性疾病,既是养殖场(户)在生产管理中的关键防控对象,也是我国兽医部门每年春防、秋防规定必须严格监测的疫病.为了提升当前基层兽医人员对牛羊布病的防控检测水平,提高检测结果的准确性,结合团队成员近几年在基层牛羊布病虎红平板凝集试验检测指导的经验,依据中华人民共和国卫生行业标准WS269-2019《布鲁氏菌病诊断标准》,对基层兽医技术人员在检测过程中的操作误区进行详尽剖析,并提出精细化、规范化的指导建议.旨在提升基层技术人员的操作技能,并为相关研究提供参考.
Abstract
Brucellosis of cattle and sheep(brucellosis)is a major infectious disease in the process of cattle and sheep breeding.It is not only a key prevention and control object in the production management of breeding farms(households),but also a disease that must be strictly monitored by the veterinary department in China for spring and autumn prevention regulations every year.In order to improve the current level of prevention and detection of bovine and sheep brucellosis among grassroots veterinary personnel,improve the accuracy of detection results,and combine the experience of team members in recent years in guiding the detection of bovine and sheep brucellosis in the RBPT at the grassroots level,and based on the health industry standard WS269-2019"Brucellosis Diagnosis Standard"of the People's Republic of China,a detailed analysis is conducted on the operational errors of grassroots veterinary technical personnel in the detection process,and refinement is proposed standardized guidance and suggestions,which is intended to enhance the operational skills of grassroots technical personnel and provide reference for related research.
