摘要

通过网络药理学方法研究蕲艾的抗炎潜能及作用机制.运用网络药理学方法在 SymMap、DisGenet 和 GeneCards数据库获取蕲艾相关成分以及抗炎靶点数据,并通过韦恩图和蛋白质相互作用网络分析了共同靶点.从 29个核心靶点中识别出关键蛋白质,并展示这些蛋白质在抗炎症通路中的重要性,进一步揭示了CXCL2、PTGS2、IL6、CXCL8、CXCL1 等基因在整个网络中的关联和重要性.研究结果表明,蕲艾通过调节这些基因有参与抗炎的作用,为其作为抗炎药物的科学应用提供了理论依据.

Abstract

The anti-inflammatory potential and mechanism of action of Artemisia argyi were studied through network pharmacology methods.Using network pharmacology methods,relevant components and anti-inflammatory target data of Artemisia argyi were obtained from SymMap,DisGenet and GeneCards databases,and common targets were analyzed through Venn diagrams and protein interaction networks.Identifying key proteins from 29 core targets and demonstrating their importance in the anti-inflammatory pathway further reveals the association and importance of genes such as CXCL2,PTGS2,IL6,CXCL8,and CXCL1 throughout the entire network.The research results indicate that Artemisia argyi participates in anti-inflammatory effects by regulating these genes,providing a theoretical basis for its scientific application as an anti-inflammatory drug.
