高职院校"一村多名大学生计划"培养成效及启示——以黄冈职业技术学院为例

摘要
为深入研究高职院校"一村多名大学生计划"(简称"一村多")的培养成效及对农村创新创业人才培养的启示,本文以黄冈职业技术学院为例,采用问卷和跟踪调查等方式研究高职院校"一村多"的实践经验和培养成效."一村多"在人才培养过程中紧密对接农村人才需求,量身定制人才培养方案,创新工学交替的人才培养模式,强化学员实践能力的培养.五年来,该计划取得显著的成效,为黄冈和黄石农村地区培养了一批本领过硬、扎根基层的人才.未来高职院校在培养农村人才时应进一步加强思政教育,对接农村需求,实施分层教学,深化产教融合,搭建服务平台,完善帮扶机制,提高农村人才质量,助力乡村振兴.
Abstract
In order to conduct in-depth research on the training effectiveness of the"Plan for Multiple College Students in One Village"in higher vocational colleges and its implications for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in rural areas,this article takes Huanggang Polytechnic College as an example and uses methods such as questionnaires and tracking surveys to study the practical experience and training effectiveness of the above plan.Research has found that the plan closely aligns with the needs of rural talents in the process of talent cultivation,tailors talent cultivation plans,innovates the talent cultivation model of alternating engineering and learning,and strengthens the cultivation of practical abilities of students.Over the past five years,this plan has achieved significant results,cultivating a group of highly skilled and grassroots talents for the rural areas of Huanggang and Huangshi.In the future,the higher vocational colleges should further strengthen ideological and political education when cultivating rural talents,connect with rural needs,implement hierarchical teaching,deepen the integration of industry and education,build service platforms,improve assistance mechanisms,improve the quality of rural talents and assist in rural revitalization.
