摘要

社交媒体大数据能够为高校辅导员育人工作提升精准性、增强前瞻性、延伸实效性.当前工作过程中仍存在数据处理与分析能力欠缺、网络舆情引导与应对困难、数据隐私与安全保护不足等现实问题.针对以上问题,结合应用社交媒体大数据开展育人工作的实际,从加强数据处理与分析能力培养、建立网络舆情引导与应对机制、强化数据隐私与安全保护意识三方面,提出基于社交媒体大数据的高校辅导员育人能力提升策略.面对社交媒体大数据给育人工作带来的机遇与挑战,高校辅导员应主动适应,积极思考,努力提高数字素养,从而达到科学把握,有效引导,精准施策,全面提升的目标.

Abstract

The social media big data can improve the accuracy,foresight and extended effectiveness of the education work for college counselors.There are still practical problems in the current work process,such as insufficient data processing and analysis capabilities,difficulties in guiding and responding to online public opinion,and insufficient data privacy and security protection.In response to the above issues,combined with the practical application of social media big data to carry out education work,this paper proposes strategies for improving the education ability of college counselors based on social media big data from three aspects:strengthening the cultivation of data processing and analysis capabilities,establishing a mechanism for guiding and responding to online public opinion,and strengthening awareness of data privacy and security protection.Faced with the opportunities and challenges brought by social media big data to education,college counselors should actively adapt,think positively and strive to improve their digital literacy,in order to achieve the goal of scientific grasp,effective guidance,precise policy implementation and comprehensive improvement.
