媒体融合态势下学术期刊编辑面临的挑战与应对策略

摘要
信息技术的快速发展,传播平台和人们获取知识习惯的改变,媒体融合已成大势所趋,必将影响到学术期刊持续稳健地发展,期刊编辑必须勇于面对新时代新要求的挑战:如理念的更新、数字出版技术的深入了解和必要掌握、编辑队伍的建设等.据此提出,学术期刊要适应新技术和更多传播通道的要求,期刊编辑必须有其应对策略:突破固有的思维模式,更新办刊理念;突破自身局限,掌握媒体融合下的编辑出版技能;加强编辑自身修养,构建稳定的编辑队伍等.只有不断地学习,与时俱进,才能既做好学术期刊编辑的本份,又不被新时代新技术淘汰.
Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology,changes in communication platforms and people's habits of acquiring knowledge,media integration has become a trend that will inevitably affect the sustained and stable development of academic journals.Journal editors must bravely face the challenges of new era requirements,such as updating concepts,deepening understanding and necessary mastery of digital publishing technology and building an editorial team,etc..Based on this,it is proposed that academic journals must adapt to the requirements of new technologies and more communication channels,and journal editors must have their corresponding strategies:breaking through inherent thinking patterns and updating publishing concepts;breaking through one's own limitations and mastering editing and publishing skills under media integration;strengthen the self-cultivation of editors and build a stable editorial team.Only by constantly learning and keeping up with the times can we not only fulfill our duties as academic journal editors,but also avoid being eliminated by new technologies in the new era.
