摘要

乡村振兴的关键是人才,而长期以来,乡村振兴人才培养供需不对接的问题,严重制约着地方院校服务乡村发展的成效.本文基于多年的理论研究与教学实践,通过供需对接,创建一体化乡村振兴人才培养路径;通过多元协同,形成"共同体+平台+制度"的乡村振兴人才育人机制;通过分类培养,创新乡村振兴人才培养的理念和模式.人才培养成效显著提升、服务乡村发展成效显著、国内外影响不断提升,为同类院校培养乡村振兴人才提供可供借鉴的案例.

Abstract

The key to rural revitalization is talent.But for a long time,the problem of mismatch between supply and demand in talent cultivation for rural revitalization has seriously constrained the effectiveness of local universities in serving rural development.Based on years of theoretical research and teaching practice,this article creates an integrated talent cultivation path for rural revitalization through supply and demand matching;Through diversified collaboration,establish a talent cultivation mechanism for rural revitalization that combines community,platform and system;Innovate the concept and mode of talent cultivation for rural revitalization through classified training.The effectiveness of talent cultivation has been significantly improved,the effectiveness of serving rural development has been remarkable,and the influence at home and abroad continues to be increased,providing reference cases for similar universities to cultivate talents for rural revitalization.
