The Party and the State have put forward new requirements for building a high-quality system,and the loss of rural teachers in the process of high-quality education development is an important problem that urgently needs to be solved.The main reason for the loss of rural school teachers in the process of high-quality development of basic education is that the income of rural school teachers is relatively low,the working environment of rural school teachers needs to be improved,and the career development of rural school teachers is limited.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the working conditions of rural school teachers,optimize their working environment,and promote their professional development from the perspective of problem-solving governance.Only by solving the fundamental problem of the loss of teachers in rural schools can we implement high-quality development of basic education and achieve high-quality development of the entire education system.
