Leading the revitalization of rural culture with core values embodies the essence of General Secretary Xi Jinping's cultural thought.The economic foundation of poverty-stricken rural areas is relatively weak,and there are many shortcomings in the ideological and cultural fields of the superstructure,such as weak spiritual pursuit compared to material needs,inadequate software and hardware support,and insufficient ideological leadership of grassroots organizations.Based on this,it is proposed that the cultural revitalization of poverty-stricken areas must be guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping's cultural ideology,with the socialist core values as the general outline,give full play to the ideological leadership role of grassroots organizations,adhere to the cultural problem orientation of rural revitalization strategy,and comprehensively solve the problems of spiritual belief virtualization,value orientation deviation,and honor and disgrace concept dislocation that restrict the synchronous development of rural spiritual civilization construction and material civilization construction.The cultural needs of the masses should be organically integrated with the development of rural cultural undertakings,and the integration of rural cultural resources and the construction of ideological value system should be scientifically configured,forming an effective path to promote"rural civilization"with"mainstream values".
