On Target Functions and Implementation Paths of Industry-education Integrated Enterprises——Taking Huanggang Polytechnic College&Industry-education Integration Base in Hubei Xingchi Ecological Agriculture Co.,Ltd.as an Example
The cultivation of industry-education integrated enterprises is an effective carrier for deepening industry-education integration,and the construction of industry-education integrated bases is an important measure to promote industry-education integration.The article takes the fourth batch of industry-education integrated enterprises recognized by Hubei Province in Hubei Xingchi Ecological Agriculture Co.,Ltd.as the research object.Taking Huanggang Polytechnic College&Industry-education Integration Base in Hubei Xingchi Ecological Agriculture Co.,Ltd.as an example,it comprehensively analyzes its construction process and proposes ways to build industry-education integrated enterprises,such as improving the management system of industry-education integration,carrying out industry-education integration co-construction and sharing,implementing school-enterprise cooperation in talent co-education,promoting technology research and development achievements co-creation,and improving resource guarantee co-investment and sharing,in order to provide theoretical reference and practical reference for the construction of similar enterprises and their industry education integration bases.
