摘要
高职院校教材管理档案数字化建设具有落实国家教材管理制度、促进教师优选国家优秀教材、优化教材的日常管理、丰富校本教材建设资源、完善教学工作档案的现实意义.教材管理档案数字化建设包括健全档案管理制度、提升档案意识和人员素质、建设国家优质教材的数字资源库、建设最新出版教材的数字书目库、建设新形态校本教材的数字资料库、建设教材出版发行机构的数字信息库、建立教材选用的数字台账库、建立教材工作的数字管理库、加强信息化投入等内容,从而实现教材线上选用、在线审核和审读,教材开发线上评审,教材使用效果网络调查评价,优质教材网络推介等数字化管理和利用.
Abstract
The digital construction of textbook management archives in higher vocational colleges has practical significance in implementing the national textbook management system,promoting teachers to select excellent national textbooks,optimizing the daily management of textbooks,enriching school-based textbook construction resources,and improving teaching work archives.The digital construction of textbook management archives mainly includes improving the archive management system,enhancing archive awareness and personnel quality,building a digital resource library of national high-quality textbooks,building a digital bibliographic library of the latest published textbooks,building a digital database of new forms of school-based textbooks,building a digital information library of teaching material publishing and distribution institutions,establishing a digital ledger for textbook selection,establishing a digital management library for textbook work,strengthening information investment,etc.,in order to achieve digital management and utilization of online selection,online review and reading of textbooks,online evaluation of textbook development,online investigation and evaluation of textbook usage effects,and online promotion of high-quality textbooks,etc..
