With the high-quality development of China's economy,vocational colleges need to cultivate a large number of"digital craftsmen"in the digital economy era to meet the needs of enterprise transformation and employment.Design a talent cultivation path for"digital craftsmen"by combining industrial digital transformation and industry education integration policies,and promote the two-way cultivation of digital literacy and professional abilities.Closely integrating industry demand,establishing a special work team and a digital school enterprise interconnection platform,collaborating with schools to develop training programs,jointly developing a curriculum system that integrates digital literacy and professional skills,and introducing innovative teaching methods through virtual simulation equipment;Collaboration between schools and enterprises to develop digital teaching resources and establish digital skills content for the entire production process.In terms of evaluation,establish a digital information feedback platform that integrates digital literacy and skill level evaluation system,as well as school-enterprise cooperation.At the same time,by strengthening teacher digital literacy training and involving enterprise mentors,a collaborative digital craftsman cultivation team between schools and enterprises will be established.
