The construction of the elderly care service talent team faces a series of challenges.How to find breakthroughs,effectively improve the quantity and quality of the elderly care service talent team,and better meet the social demand for high-quality elderly care services is an urgent problem to be solved.This article takes Huanggang city as an example to study the construction of the elderly care service talent team through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,field research and other methods,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Research has found that the talent team for elderly care services mainly faces problems such as insufficient personnel,low practical skills,low educational background,high turnover rate,and prominent aging issues.It is necessary to further deepen the integration of industry and education and strengthen the construction of the talent team.
