摘要

数智化技术的广泛应用,推动了财务会计数智化发展,要求财务会计人才既具备财会能力又具备数智化能力,因此,数智化必然要融入作为人才培养的课程体系之中.本文通过调查数智化时代企业行业对财会人才能力要求的变化情况,分析当前高职教育大数据与会计专业课程体系在课程目标、课程结构、课程内容等方面存在的问题,提出对原课程体系进行转型升级,融入人工智能、流程设计、可视化分析等数智化技术,达到数智化人才培养的目的.

Abstract

The widespread application of digitalization technology has promoted the development of financial accounting digitalization,requiring financial accounting talents to possess both accounting and digitalization abilities.Therefore,digitalization must be integrated into the curriculum system as a talent cultivation.This article investigates the changes in the demand for financial and accounting talents of the enterprise and industry in the era of digitalization,analyzes the problems in the current curriculum system of big data and accounting in higher vocational education in terms of course objectives,course structure and course content,and proposes to transform and upgrade the original curriculum system,especially integrating digital technologies such as artificial intelligence,process design,and visual analysis,to achieve the goal of cultivating digital talents.
