Global Environmental Protection:A Multi-Agents Governance Strategy
Economic globalization has expanded the scope of human activities.As many countries accelerate the process of industrialization and urbanization,there is a massive invasion of arable farmland and pollution of water resources and soil.How to carry out global environmental protection activities has now become an urgent issue that all humanity needs to face seriously.The different starting points of environmental governance strategies in various countries will lead to differences in the formulation and implementation processes of these strategies.Currently,on the basis of balancing the requirements of global environmental governance and the demands of national interests,both global and national environmental protection plans have been formed.However,existing governance plans are difficult to effectively achieve global environmental protection because they cannot coordinate and ensure the rights and responsibilities of multiple parties in global environmental protection,leading to insufficient global governance capabilities of international organizations and transnational alliances,affecting the global ecological environment,national industrial interests being compromised,resulting in the failure to implement environmental protection strategies,and contradictions between the implementation of regional environmental protection strategies and cultural traditions.Therefore,the study proposes a strategy that takes into account the interests of all parties in environmental protection governance.This strategy aims to coordinate and ensure the rights and responsibilities of all parties,focuses on multi-party cooperation,establish national assessment standards and supervision mechanisms,inherit the concept of environmental protection that integrates local cultural traditions,and encourage grassroots communities and residents to participate in environmental protection.The strategy fully considers the interests of all parties in environmental protection,correctly handles the relationship between environmental protection and social development,seeks a dynamic balance of social,economic,and environmental benefits,endows the development concept of human society with new connotations,and aims at a global governance plan for environmental protection with green development as the goal.At the same time,the strategy correctly manages the relationship between environmental protection and social development,seeks a dynamic balance of social,economic,and environmental benefits,and implements a global governance plan for environmental protection that focuses on a low-carbon economy and aims at green development.
