摘要
天津某5层底框结构房屋出现倾斜,根据其结构特点和所处地理环境,分别提出了顶升纠偏方案和顶升纠偏同时新增地下车库方案,给出两种方案关键结构的构造设计和关键计算,并进行了经济性对比分析。两种方案均可行,其中前者工期较短,投入较低,后者工期长,一次性投入大,但具有较优的经济效益和社会效益。
Abstract
Because of excessive leaning , a bottom‐frame structure building with five layers in Tianjin had to be rectified .According to its structure feature and geographical environment ,a scheme of lifting‐rectification and adding a new underground garage were provided ,and the key structures and calculations of the two schemes were also showed in this paper .After a compari‐son of two schemes ,the results show that both the two schemes are feasible ,and the former takes a shorter time and less cost than the latter ,while the latter has good economic and social benefit .
