Optimization of Site Selection and Resource Allocation for Marine Emergency Rescue Stations
The selection and resource allocation of emergency rescue stations is an important re-search direction in the field of offshore emergency station management. The existing methods fo-cus on the location problem of determining resource allocation or the resource allocation problem of determining location, without considering the combination of both.In view of this,a compre-hensive study was conducted on the site selection and resource allocation of emergency rescue sta-tions.Firstly,a two-step moving search method based on distance attenuation function was a-dopted to establish a multi-objective optimization model with the goal of meeting the resource re-quirements of accident points and improving the efficiency of resource acquisition. Then, utilizing the advantages of ant colony algorithm and distribution estimation algorithm,an ant colony dis-tribution estimation algorithm was designed to solve the above model, and a site selection and re-source allocation plan was generated. Finally, the feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm were verified through simulation experiments. The proposed model and algorithm can solve the optimization problems of site selection and resource allocation for marine emergency rescue stations and other similar fields.
