磷尾矿砂-土的击实性质及机理

利用磷尾矿砂改性黏土制备磷尾矿砂-土填料,通过击实试验对11种不同配合比的磷尾矿砂-土的击实性质进行分析,判断磷尾矿砂最佳掺量,并从级配角度分析其击实机理.结果表明,三次函数的拟合结果总体优于二次函数;随着磷尾矿砂掺量的增加,混合料的最大干密度先增加后减小,最优含水率持续减小.磷尾矿砂和黏土具有颗粒互补性质,采用40%磷尾矿砂和60%黏土形成的磷尾矿砂-土混合料,可以形成骨架密实结构.
Study on Compaction Properties and Mechanism of Phosphate Tailings-clay
Phosphate tailings modifying clay can be used to prepare phosphate tailings-clay filler.The compaction properties of 11 different mix proportions of phosphate tailings-clay were ana-lyzed by the compaction tests,determining the optimal content of phosphate tailings.The com-paction mechanism was analyzed from the perspective of the gradation.The results show that the fitting results of cubic functions are generally better than those of quadratic functions.With the increase of phosphorus tailings content,the maximum dry density of the mixture firstly increases and then decreases,and the optimal moisture content continues to decrease.The phosphate tail-ings and clay have the complementary characteristics of the particles,and the phosphate tailings-clay formed by 40%phosphate tailings and 60%clay can form a skeleton compact structure.
