摘要
N'-[(2S,3S)-2-(苄氧基)戊烷-3-基]甲酰肼草酸盐(2)为制备泊沙康唑的关键中间体,为控制泊沙康唑的质量,制备了2的3个有关物质:N'-[(2S,3R)-2-(苄氧基)戊烷-3-基]甲酰肼草酸盐(有关物质A)、N'-[(2R,3S)-2-(苄氧基)戊烷-3-基]甲酰肼草酸盐(有关物质B)、N'-[(2R,3R)-2-(苄氧基)戊烷-3-基]甲酰肼草酸盐(有关物质C),通过NMR,ESI-MS和红外对3个有关物质的结构进行了确证.
Abstract
N'-[(2S,3S)-2-(benzoxy)pentane-3-yl]formylhydrazine oxalate(2)is the key inter-mediate for the preparation of posaconazole.In order to control the quality of posaconazole,three related substances of 2 were prepared:N'-[(2S,3R)-2-(benzyloxy)pentan-3-yl]formohydrazide oxalate(related substance A),N'-[(2R,3S)-2-(benzyloxy)pentan-3-yl]formohydrazide oxalate(related substance B),N'-[(2R,3R)-2-(Benzyloxy)pentan-3-yl]formohydrazide oxalate(relat-ed substance C).The structures of three related substances were confirmed by NMR,ESI-MS and infrared spectroscopy.
