Research on Construction Path of Faculty Team in Modern Industrial College under the New Financial and Economic Talent Training Concept
Faced with the new characteristics of talent demand in the era of the new economy,modern in-dustrial colleges have a significant responsibility to cultivate versatile and applied talents that can adapt to the de-velopment needs of the new economy.The construction and development of the faculty team play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of talent cultivation and the social service capability of the industrial college.This paper analyzes the necessity of faculty construction in modern industrial colleges and the current challenges,and propo-ses a path for the construction of faculty teams in modern industrial colleges under the new financial and econom-ic background.This path involves redefining the educational positioning,transforming the construction philoso-phy,establishing mechanisms for talent exchange and sharing between the school and enterprises,implementing incentive and restraint mechanisms,strengthening management systems,and creating a"dual-qualified"facul-ty training base.
