A Survey of the Current Situation of Labor Consciousness among College Students in the New Era and the Training Path
Whether college students in the new era have the correct labor consciousness and excellent labor abili-ty is not only related to their own healthy development,but also to the process of China's socialist modernization construction.Based on a survey of college students in Fujian Province,it is found that in the new era,college students are generally positive in terms of labor consciousness,but there is still a lack of collective consciousness and the spirit of unity and cooperation,a lack of the quality of being callused and down-to-earth,a lack of initiative and self driven self-awareness,a lack of attitude towards excellence and pursuit of excellence.In re-sponse to the existing problems,we will focus on youth,universities,families,society four aspects to analyze the reasons and propose the training path for labor consciousness among college students in the new era.
