Research on the Approaches to Talent Cultivation and Industry—Academia-Research Cooperation in Colleges and Universities Against the Backdrop of the New Liberal Arts
As a practical vehicle of huge significance for joint and comprehensive education,Industry-academia-research cooperation has well established itself in the course of constant innovation and deep integration with the higher education reform in the new era.This paper,based on the perspective of structural hole theory,keeps in line with the emerging need and requirements by the New Liberal Arts movement for talent cultivation.It first explores the weaknesses in cooperation between the three fields,which are respectively industry,education,and scientific research.In addition,targeted suggestions are laid out for the possible approaches to the optimization of cooperation in the three fields mentioned,with the prospect of enabling educators to occupy the"structural holes"in such cooperative network,and of providing aid in the gaining of key information and unique advantages in talent cultivation.
