The Analysis about Wage -arrear Problems of the Migrant Workers in the Minority Concentrated Destitute Areas Under the Background of New Urbanization---Based on the 620 Cases in HuaiHua of Wuling Mountain Area as an Example
In the process of speeding -up urbanization and poverty -concentrated alleviation in the WuLing mountain area , migrant workers , especially migrant workers from countryside have become the main labor force in the city's construction and development . While migrant workers'legal- rights protection is always facing all kinds of difficulties and challenges , especially the wage - arrear problem . Through field investigation and detailed access to relevant data of 620 migrant workers'wage-arrear cases in HuaiHua , this thesis discusses the wage-arrear problems of migrant workers in HuaiHua , and also puts forward the feasible proposals to solve this problem .
