化学抗菌剂对哈茨木霉防治鱼腥草白绢病的协同作用

通过抑菌和拮抗实验筛选能与哈茨木霉协同抑制鱼腥草白绢病病原菌的化学抗菌剂,以盆栽实验证明所选化学抗菌剂与哈茨木霉对鱼腥草白绢病的协同防治效果,以为鱼腥草栽培过程中安全、高效防治白绢病提供指导。结果发现,三唑酮对鱼腥草白绢病病原菌具有较强的生长抑制作用,且对哈茨木霉的抑制作用较小,用250μg∕ml 的三唑酮溶液和30 g∕m 2哈茨木霉孢子粉联合处理可以降低鱼腥草白绢病发病率、延迟发病时间,防治效果明显好于单独用三唑酮或哈茨木霉处理。
Synergistic Effect of Chemical Antibacterial and Trichoderma Harzianum on Houttuynia Cordata Southern Blight Disease Caused by Sclemtium Rolfsii
In order to provide guidance for safely and efficient control to Southern blight disease of Houttuynia cordata ,the antibacterial activities and antagonism were used to chose the chemical antibacterial which is able to synergistic control the Southern blight disease caused by Sclemtium Rolfsii with Trichoderma Harzianum T2 - 16, and pot experiment was used to testify the synergistic effect of chemical antibacterial and Trichoderma harzianum . The results showed that the triazolone possessed good growth inhibition effect to Sclemtium Rolfsii ,but it weakly inhibited to the Trichoderma harzianum .To control the Southern blight disease caused by Sclemtium Rolfsii, spraying the triazolone 250 μg∕ml solution simultaneously broadcasting the Trichoderma harzinum 30 g∕m2 conidial preparation, the best control effects could achieve, it was better than using the triazolone or Trichoderma harzinum alone .
