Most graduates from applied colleges and universities in recent years are workers or grassroots managers,so the goal of management courses at applied colleges and universities should be to cultivate the grassroots management ability.This paper uses Root Analysis to collect grass-roots management qualities,then organize and purify the indexes and structure of the qualities to optimize the grassroots management competency model.On the basis of the model,this paper carries out the management curriculum reform from curriculum design,teaching method and evaluation system in applied colleges and universities.
