Exploring the coupling mechanism between rural development and governance is crucial for consolidating poverty alleviation achievements and effectively implementing the rural revitalization strategy.Using embeddedness theory to construct an analytical framework,this study delves into the"social credit governance"system in Wang'an Community,Anren Town,Dayi County,Chengdu.The findings reveal significant effectiveness in its practical operation.The practice logic can be summarized as:identifying governance challenges,overcoming development bottlenecks,effectively linking credit,and reshaping the community.This practice logic reveals an operable coupling mechanism between rural development and governance.
