Embodiment of Ideological and Political Elements in Food Hygiene Studies and Construction of a Deep-Fusion Model
In order to clarify the manifestation of ideological and political elements in food hygiene studies and explore the construction of a deep-fusion model between ideological and political elements and teaching content,this paper first outlines the definition,role,and relationship with curricular teaching of ideological and political elements,and then explores in detail the ideological and political points in food hygiene studies,including food safety awareness,moral and ethical norms,and compliance with laws and regulations,thus pointing out the close relationship between ideological and political elements and food hygiene studies in terms of common goals,mutual infiltration,and mutual promotion.The paper proposes the construction of a deep-fusion model between ideological and political elements and teaching content,including the design concept,implementation path,and expected effects of the deep-fusion model.In theoretical teaching,experimental teaching,and course ideological and political practice,by integrating teaching content,innovating teaching methods,and strengthening practical links,ideological and political elements are effectively integrated into food hygiene teaching.At the same time,the paper has also analyzed the challenges faced by deep-fusion models and proposes corresponding countermeasures.Suggestions are put forward for the ideological and political construction of future food hygiene courses,emphasizing the organic combination of knowledge transmission and ideological guidance,enriching teaching content and forms,and emphasizing the importance of practice and application.
