Expression of serum OPN,sPD-L1 and miR-370 in acute myeloid leukemia and their relationship with risk stratification
Objective:To analyze the expression of serum osteopontin(OPN),soluble programmatic death factor ligand-1(sPD-L1)and micrornA-370(miR-370)in acute myeloid leukemia(AML)and their relationship with risk stratification.Methods:79 patients with AML treated in our hospital from November 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a low-risk group(n=26),a medium-risk group(n=39)and a high-risk group(n=14).Serum OPN,sPD-L1,miR-370,white blood cell count(WBC)and hemoglobin(Hb)levels were compared among the three groups before and after treatment.Pearson was used to analyze the correlation of serum levels of OPN,sPD-L1,miR-370 with the levels of WBC and Hb,and receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was used to analyze the combined detection value of serum OPN,sPD-L1,and miR-370 levels before treatment for risk stratifi-cation in AML patients.Results:The levels of serum OPN,sPD-L1,miR-370 and WBC before and after treatment were compared among the three groups:low risk group<medium risk group<high risk group(P<0.05).Serum Hb levels were compared among the three groups:low-risk group>medium-risk group>high-risk group(P<0.05).Serum OPN,sPD-L1,miR-370 levels were positively correla-ted with WBC levels before and after treatment(before treatment:r=0.637,0.629,0.661;after treatment:r=0.432,0.422,0.544,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with Hb levels(before treatment:r=-0.655,-0.648,-0.646;after treatment:r=-0.519,-0.507,-0.438,P<0.05).The serum AUC before treatment was 0.942 in the combined diagnosis detection of OPN,sPD-L1,and miR-370,higher than the single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum levels of OPN,sPD-L1,and miR-370 are closely related to the severity and stratification of the disease,and can serve as a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
